Community Adjustment Model

The Province of British Columbia uses the Labour Market Partnerships (LMP) program – Adjustment Model to engage and assist communities that are experiencing a labour market adjustment issue. This could include downsizing due to economic changes, technology changes or skills shortages.

This section provides information on the LMP Community Adjustment Response to the Economic Downturn (RED) initiative, instructions to support communities in applying for funding and an application form.

To apply for Employer Sponsored Training please fill out the HSD5209 and follow instructions in the Employer Sponsored Training Package below:
