How do I apply?

Prior to submitting a full funding proposal, organizations interested in being considered for Job Creation Partnership (JCP) project funding are encouraged to submit a Letter of Intent providing a brief summary of their project concept. This will enable the ministry to determine if the project is likely to meet program criteria before your organization goes to the effort of developing a formal application and proposal. Employment and Labour Market Division staff will review your Letter of Intent and follow up to discuss whether the proposed project would be eligible for JCP project funding and if there are any changes required to meet program criteria. If the proposed project can be considered for JCP funding, you will be invited to submit an Application for Funding Form (SD5209) with a proposal describing the project in detail. The JCP Application Package will provide you with information needed to develop your proposal.

Sponsors/community coordinators seeking funding under Job Creation Partnerships should complete the form “SD5209 - Application for Funding Form” and submit it to the nearest Employment and Labour Market Services office.
